How do the employee counts work?
Add as many clients as you want. The number of users is the number of employees of your clients. You can have 50 clients with 10 employees or one 500 employee group, the price stays the same. It is based purely on the employees of your clients, not the number of clients.
What features are included in the above packages?
All the features! This includes paperless employee onboarding, timekeeping, online HR files, document management, PTO management and requests, goal tracking, task management… whew! That’s a LOT for a few hundred bucks a month.
Do you offer HR support services?
Yes! We have two models of HR support you can learHR on Demand is an online HR Support Center with tons of guides, checklists, and documents for all states and HR regulations. How is HR on Demand billed?
HR on Demand is billed per client that is signed up for the service, per month.
Can I manage my clients paid time off, vacation, and sick time in Guhroo?
Yes! You can set up your plans exactly to your policy. Employees can submit requests, managers can approve, and Guhroo tracks balances and accruals for you.
Do you integrate with payroll?
We have an API integration with Payroll Relief that sends new hire data and changes into Payroll Relief at the click of a button. If you are not with Payroll Relief, we provide a payroll changes report that you can either import to your existing system or input with ease.
