What is a “per pay” fee?

PEPM (per employee per month) costs are divided across your payroll runs. each employee is assigned a per-payroll cost that’s billed when that payroll processes.

How does billing work?

invoicing occurs with each payroll run and includes an itemized breakdown of all payroll costs plus the administration fee.

What tax forms does guHRoo file for me?

We file federal, state, and local payroll tax forms on your company’s behalf (things like Form W-2, Form 1099, Form 940, Form 941, Form 8974, and others). One perk is that you can e-file, e-sign, e-fax, and e-store your documents right from your guHRoo account. Easy!

What will my HR guHRoos do for me?
